Crack the Code!

The ambassador from Argentina to Ecuador has been reassigned to Panama. He is very sad, because the climate of Argentina and the climate of Iceland are somewhat non-identical. He has therefore asked his predecessor’s secretary to send him some information about "Islandia," a word which probably appears very early in the message. Of course, the plaintext is in Spanish.
